The forum will be held tomorrow (Wednesday, February 23) from 6 to 8 pm in Room 2260 of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.map.wisc.edu\/?initObj=0430&amp;wing=\">Law School<\/a>, 975 Bascom Mall.<\/p>\n<p>This academic forum seeks to provide insights into the dramatic developments that have followed the introduction of the Governor\u2019s Budget Repair Bill from an historical, legal and political perspective.
