Livestream coverage of the meeting is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.uwex.edu\/ics\/stream\/regents\/meetings\/\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Regent committees will meet Thursday morning, and UW-Madison Chancellor Rebecca Blank will address the full board at 1:15 pm today. The board will also hear a presentation on the 2015-17 biennial budget process.<\/p>\n<p>Topics to be discussed in the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.uwsa.edu\/bor\/agenda\/2014\/february-redi.pdf\">Research, Economic Development and Innovation Committee<\/a>\u00a0include <a href=\"http:\/\/profs.wisc.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/feb-bor-WiSys.pdf\">UW System&#8217;s technology transfer program<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/profs.wisc.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/feb-bor-d2p2.pdf\">UW-Madison&#8217;s Discovery to Product (D2P)<\/a>, and <a href=\"http:\/\/profs.wisc.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/feb-bor-federal.pdf\">UW System&#8217;s federal relations efforts<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.uwsa.edu\/bor\/agenda\/2014\/february-bf.pdf\">Business and Finance Committee<\/a> will hear a report on <a href=\"http:\/\/profs.wisc.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/feb-bor-fac-staff-salary-adjustments.pdf\">adjustments to faculty and staff salaries in 2012-13<\/a> and receive an update on the <a href=\"http:\/\/profs.wisc.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/feb-bor-audit.pdf\">audit of the Human Resources System<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The state&#8217;s Legislative Audit Bureau <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jsonline.com\/news\/wisconsin\/new-audit-finds-uw-payroll-system-still-vulnerable-to-breaches-b99198225z1-243542171.html\">found<\/a> that HRS continues to have security weaknesses after more than $33 million in overpayments of health insurance premiums and pension contributions were discovered three years ago. Their report is <a href=\"http:\/\/legis.wisconsin.gov\/lab\/reports\/14-4full.pdf\">here<\/a>.<span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.05em; line-height: 1.6875;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The full board continues its meeting on Friday.
