It is free and open to the public.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The talk is sponsored by <a href=\"http:\/\/wiscape.wisc.edu\/wiscape\/home\">WISCAPE<\/a>, the Wisconsin Center for\u00a0the Advancement of Postsecondary Education.<\/p>\n<p>The continued defunding of public higher education has put enormous pressure on governance boards, and in some cases, resulted in changes to shared governance.
