The LFB\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/host.madison.com\/news\/local\/govt-and-politics\/on-politics\/on-politics-state-structural-deficit-stands-at-million\/article_5c52c9fd-1d2a-5d63-882f-97913630c42c.html\">projected<\/a> a deficit of $642 million in May.
