All meetings will take place in Varsity Hall in\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/map.wisc.edu\/s\/6xmjxggs\">Union South<\/a>, 1308 West Dayton Street.\u00a0Livestream coverage of the meeting is\u00a0available <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/16zILNR\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The regents <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wisconsin.edu\/regents\/download\/meeting_materials\/2015\/february_2015\/Outline-Agenda.pdf\">meet<\/a> in committee Thursday morning, and\u00a0the full board meets Thursday afternoon and Friday morning. UW-Madison Chancellor Rebecca Blank will address the regents at 1:15 pm, followed by a board discussion of the 2015-17 biennial budget proposal.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wisconsin.edu\/regents\/download\/meeting_materials\/2015\/february_2015\/Education-Committee-Agenda.pdf\">Education Committee<\/a> will discuss <a href=\"http:\/\/profs.wisc.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/education-comm-sabbaticals.pdf\">sabbatical guidelines<\/a> for 2016-18 and hear a report from UW-Madison Provost Sarah Mangelsdorf on educational updates. On Friday, the committee, along with all regents, will <a href=\"http:\/\/profs.wisc.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/Education-Engineering-programs.pdf\">discuss<\/a>\u00a0the engineering needs in the state, including a proposal to create new engineering programs in northwestern Wisconsin.<\/p>\n<p>The Business and Finance Committee <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wisconsin.edu\/regents\/download\/meeting_materials\/2015\/february_2015\/Business-and-Finance-Committee-Agenda.pdf\">will hear<\/a> the <a href=\"http:\/\/profs.wisc.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/Business-and-Finance-2014-Annual-Report.pdf\">2014 Finance Report<\/a>, the <a href=\"http:\/\/profs.wisc.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/Business-and-Finance-2014-Annual-Report.pdf\">2014 Annual Trust Funds Report<\/a>, and the Information Technology Report.<\/p>\n<p>The Capital Planning and Budget Committee <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wisconsin.edu\/regents\/download\/meeting_materials\/2015\/february_2015\/Capital-Planning-and-Budget-Committee-Agenda.pdf\">will hear<\/a>\u00a0presentations from UW-Madison and UW-Parkside on their respective\u00a0campus master plans.<\/p>\n<p>The Research, Economic Development, and Innovation Committee <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wisconsin.edu\/regents\/download\/meeting_materials\/2015\/february_2015\/REDI-Committee-Agenda.pdf\">will hear<\/a> updates on UW-Madison&#8217;s research enterprise and the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation partnership.<\/p>\n<p>On Friday, the regents <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wisconsin.edu\/regents\/download\/meeting_materials\/2015\/february_2015\/Friday-Agenda-and-Supporting-Materials.pdf\">will hear<\/a> several reports, including UW-Madison&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/profs.wisc.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/Regents-NCAA-report.pdf\">NCAA Division I Athletics Report<\/a>.
