All meetings take place in the\u00a0James R. Connor University Center, 228 Wyman Mall.<\/p>\n<p>Regent committees <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wisconsin.edu\/regents\/download\/meeting_materials\/2015\/september_2015\/Outline-Agenda.pdf\">meet<\/a>\u00a0Thursday morning, while\u00a0the full board meets Thursday afternoon and Friday morning. Livestream coverage of the full board meeting is\u00a0available <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/16zILNR\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wisconsin.edu\/regents\/download\/meeting_materials\/2015\/september_2015\/Education-Committee.pdf\">Education Committee<\/a> will discuss possible changes to the mission statement of UW-Extension that would\u00a0allow UW-Extension\u00a0to award credit-bearing certificates, associate\u2019s and bachelor\u2019s degrees in business and management. The dashboard allows\u00a0users to view accountability measures for UW System and individual campuses on the following topics:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Access\u00a0(enrollment)<\/li>\n<li>Progress &amp; Completion\u00a0(graduation and retention rates)<\/li>\n<li>Cost &amp; Efficiency\u00a0(time to degree)<\/li>\n<li>Undergraduate Experience<\/li>\n<li>Faculty &amp; Staff\u00a0(workload, turnover)<\/li>\n<li>Economic Development (research funding, STEM degrees)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The full board <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wisconsin.edu\/regents\/download\/meeting_materials\/2015\/september_2015\/Friday-Agenda-and-Supporting-Materials.pdf\">continues<\/a> its meeting Friday. Items of note on the agenda:<\/p>\n<p>Updates from Board President Regina Millner on the Tenure Policy and Tuition-setting Policy Task Forces and a discussion of recent legislation\u00a0on\u00a0research involving fetal tissue.
