Livestream coverage of the full board portion of the meeting is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wisconsin.edu\/regents\/board-of-regents-video-streaming\/\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wisconsin.edu\/regents\/download\/meeting_materials\/2019\/november_7,_2019\/Business-&amp;-Finance-Committee-Materials-(November-7,-2019).pdf\">The Business and Finance Committee<\/a> meets at 8:30 am. The committee will discuss several contractual agreements including three at UW-Madison involving American Family Insurance, Allergan, and Change Healthcare Technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The full board <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wisconsin.edu\/regents\/download\/meeting_materials\/2019\/november_7,_2019\/I.-All-Regents-Materials-(November-7,-2019).pdf\">meets<\/a> in open session at 9 am. The board will hear updates on the UW-Green Bay and UW-Stout chancellor searches and the formal announcement of UW System President Ray Cross. Representatives from UW-Madison, UW-Milwaukee and UW-Oshkosh will also discuss research endeavors and the UW Missing in Action Recovery and Identification Project<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The board will conclude its work with an afternoon closed session to discuss disciplinary decisions, personnel matters and potential litigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At 3 pm, UW System will recognize recipients of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wisconsin.edu\/news\/archive\/uw-system-honors-outstanding-women-of-color-in-education-award-recipients-for-2019\/\">Outstanding Women of Color in Education Awards<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wisconsin.edu\/news\/archive\/uw-system-honors-achievements-of-lgbtq-advocates-and-their-allies-across-uw-system-2\/\">Dr. P.B. Poorman Awards for Outstanding Achievement on Behalf of LGBTQ+ People<\/a> at a public awards ceremony and reception.
