Gov. Doyle Appoints New Regent

uw system logoLast week, Governor Jim Doyle appointed Eau Claire attorney Edward Manydeeds to the University of Wisconsin System Board of Regents. Manydeeds received a Bachelor of Arts  from UW–Superior and a law degree from UW–Madison. After confirmation by the Wisconsin State Senate, he will replace Eileen Connolly-Keesler whose term expired. Doyle also reappointed Regent Mark Bradley, an attorney from Wausau. Bradley served as President of the Board from 2007 until 2009. Both terms expire in 2017.
