PROFS is cosponsoring a forum featuring candidates in Wisconsin’s Second Congressional District Democratic primary at 7 pm tomorrow (Tuesday, August 7) in Grainger Hall’s Plenary Room, 975 University Avenue. The University of Wisconsin-Madison and WISC-TV3 will host the event and ASPRO is also a cosponsor.
Four candidates are on the August 14 ballot:
- Dennis Hall, a cyber and electronic security consultant from Cambridge
- State Representative Mark Pocan, a Madison small-business owner
- State Representative Kelda Roys, a Madison attorney
- Matt Silverman, a veteran and 2010 UW-Madison Law School graduate from Madison
WISC-TV3 editorial director Neil Heinen will moderate and take questions from political science professor Ken Mayer and political reporter Jessica Arp.
