Regents to Consider 2 Percent Pay Plan

uw system logoThe University of Wisconsin System Board of Regents meets on Thursday and Friday this week, and a pay plan for faculty and staff at most campuses is on the agenda. System President Kevin Reilly announced yesterday that he intends to ask for 2 percent pay increases in each of the next two years for non-represented employees. Last May, faculty at UW-Superior and UW-Eau Claire voted to form unions and will negotiate separate pay plans. Reilly also plans to ask for greater flexibility in awarding pay increases.
