State University of New York (SUNY) Chancellor Nancy Zimpher will visit the University of Wisconsin-Madison at noon on Tuesday, September 25 in the Wisconsin Idea Room in the Education Building, 1000 Bascom Mall.
Zimpher became chancellor of the nation’s largest university system in 2009 after serving as president of the University of Cincinnati and chancellor of UW-Milwaukee. She has gained national recognition for the development of The Power of SUNY, a comprehensive plan to utilize each SUNY campus in a statewide economic redevelopment effort.
