The University of Wisconsin Board of Regents will meet Thursday and Friday, February 7 and 8, in a regularly scheduled meeting. Full board meetings are held in Room 1820 in Van Hise Hall.
On Thursday morning, the regents will hear an update on “Knowledge Powers Wisconsin,” a new statewide outreach effort. Molly Corbett Broad, president of the American Council on Education, will address the regents Friday morning. Her talk is entitled “Higher Education at the Crossroad: Multiple Challenges, Leadership and Innovation.”
