PROFS is pleased to partner with the Wisconsin University Union (WUU) and the American Association of University Professors (AAUP) to cosponsor a panel discussion featuring AAUP President Cary Nelson.
Nelson, an English professor at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, headlines the panel “The National Attack on Public Higher Education: Effective Strategies for Fighting Back.” PROFS Steering Committee member and Educational Policy Studies Professor Sara Goldrick-Rab and former chancellor John Wiley will provide additional perspectives.
The panel will be held Thursday, October 13 at 4 pm in the Memorial Union.
